Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nebula Labs website, our support channels, and our waitlist. By using them you agree to what follows. Paid engagements are governed by the individual statement of work we sign with you; where that document and these terms disagree, the signed statement of work wins.
Who we are
Nebula Labs builds backend infrastructure, bot systems, web applications, and security audits. "We", "us", and "our" mean Nebula Labs; "you" means the person or organisation using this site or our services.
Using this site
You agree not to:
- probe, scan, or test the security of this site without our written permission;
- submit someone else's email address to the waitlist;
- use our support channels to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content;
- scrape, resell, or republish the content of this site as your own.
Security testing is one of our services, and we welcome reports of genuine vulnerabilities in our own systems — tell us through the support chat before testing anything.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about early access to the client portal. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee of access, and it creates no obligation on either side. You can ask us to remove your address at any time and we will do it.
Engagements and payment
Project scope, price, and timing live in the statement of work we agree before starting. We quote fixed prices rather than hourly rates. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days, and work may pause on overdue accounts.
Ownership of work
On full payment, the deliverables we build specifically for you become yours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, and we grant you a perpetual licence to use those components as embedded in your deliverables. You keep ownership of everything you give us.
Confidentiality
We treat your systems, credentials, code, and business information as confidential and share them only with the people working on your engagement. We expect the same of any audit findings we hand you about third parties.
Warranties and liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. No security measure is absolute: a DDoS mitigation layer, an audit, or a bot system reduces risk, it does not eliminate it, and we do not warrant that any system will be free of downtime, vulnerabilities, or attack.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over what we have built and delete or return your credentials and data on request.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes to an active engagement will be raised with you directly rather than posted quietly.
